Yves Dalcourt returned to Miele Ltd. (Canada) in August 2016 as President bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of sales, marketing and operations. Mr. Dalcourt will focus on continued sales and distribution growth with innovative strategies for brand development, consumer experience and operations. Dalcourt has a clear vision to uphold and advance the premium status of the brand in Canada while making the brand more accessible to more consumers in Canada.
As Vice President of Sales from 2007-2012, Yves was an integral part of the Miele team and instrumental in the Miele Chartered Agent business model rollout in 2008. Previously, Mr. Dalcourt was General Manager of American Standard Brands Canada as well as Vice President, Home Appliances at LG Electronics. Mr. Dalcourt also held positions of increasing responsibility within Mars Canada, culminating his stint as Director of Sales for the $150 million chocolate division. Earlier in his career, Mr. Dalcourt worked in sales and account management positions at Fairchild Marketing, Black and Decker, and Proctor and Gamble.
Yves Dalcourt’s leadership of Miele Ltd. (Canada) is based on the respect for the Miele brand and his true passion to provide Canadian consumers with not just the highest quality product but also with an overall life-time experience and relationship with the Miele brand.
