Being Accountable and Focus in the Workplace
The session focuses on the theme, “You are Responsible for You,” as the goal is to inspire the audience to take responsibility for their actions and their mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes, but the key is to acknowledge the mistake, stop pointing the finger at others, and
learn from it. Every employee can perform to a higher standard by not making excuses when a mistake occurs.
In this session, we also explore how easily one can be distracted from their task(s). We will look at the types of distractions that can impact a typical day at work and the cost of them. The audience will learn techniques to focus on their work and not let the distractions negatively impact their day.
This is a very interactive session with personal stories from the speaker
as well as short videos to reinforce the learnings.
